Who is Jamie Baronfeld?
Jamie’s hospitality career began over 20 years ago at a select-service hotel in Tempe, Arizona. She credits her early experiences at this hotel, along with other small, select service and extended stay hotels, as the foundation that propelled her to where she is today. With a clear vision of a career in the industry, she moved to Las Vegas to earn a B.S. in Hotel Management from UNLV’s renowned William F. Harrah Hotel Management School. After graduation, Jamie returned to her home state of Colorado to continue her professional journey.

Over the years, Jamie has held sales and sales management roles across nearly every Marriott brand, from Fairfield Inn to Ritz-Carlton. She has also worked with various Hilton, Hyatt, and IHG branded hotels. Throughout her career, Jamie has earned numerous accolades, including Sales Team of the Year and Sales Manager of the Year. Notably, she played a key role in the transition of the Four Seasons Hotel to Ritz-Carlton in Chicago, where she focused on business travel and revenue management.
Jamie has worked as a hotel sales task force leader and sales consultant, collaborating with clients such as Kimpton, Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, Visit Denver, Discover Santa Clara, HHM, Crescent Hotels, Sage Hospitality, and several nonprofit organizations. Her expertise has helped hotels throughout the United States and Central America.

When she’s not developing sales strategies or executing plans, Jamie enjoys hiking Colorado's scenic trails with her family and exploring the great outdoors. An avid traveler, she has explored six continents and is always looking forward to her next adventure.
